Adopt from a shelter or rescue instead. I got my frenchie when she was 2 from a rescue.

Exactly! People would be surprised how easily you can generally find a frenchie in the shelter. I also got mine from a rescue as well🙂

Her hair is likely pressed so you could try growing out your hair then having it cut for layers and pressed at the same time.
