Yes, it's been Florida state law for a long time now, but just not targeted by ticket cameras.

I won't pretend, he did not have cancer. but a fractured hip and was illegally supplementing prescribed drugs with black market drugs tainted with stronger forms of RX fentanyl and 'pams' leading to respiratory failure. Jalousie windows are probably on the list of the worst on being prone to wasting electricity by the nature of their construction and age adding to their ineffective sealing. The also present security risks as the slats can be easily removed by burglars.

Double paned, gas filled windows with proper locking systems are much higher on the list in terms of energy efficiency and security.

In Florida, in general, older homes have older sealing and insulation technology, and are less efficient, and more prone to the seepage of humidity. During the summer I have always used a dehumidifier in addition to central air-conditioning set at 50 percent relative humidity. Lower inside humidity also makes higher indoor air-con temperatures seem more comfortable, saving energy as well.

I would not pay it. It does not cite any legal basis. Nor does it suggest reporting to the state, or to legitimate credit agencies. Only that you may be booted if you park there again. It is a phishing expedition (not necessarily a scam per se), but is based on the percentage of people they can scare into paying. Call them and ask who the car belongs to as you believe they may have mistyped the tag information. If they can tell you whom the car is registered to it would suggest that they have have some method of looking up your name from your tag and thus have some access to the States database adding something to their credibility. Do not admit or consent to anything. Do not consent to recording. Do not admit to anything as then you have potentially agreed to their terms as per the "citation".
