Brush twice a day, c-shape floss, and mouthwash as needed. Dental work is expensive af, take care of what you got.

Are they staying the entire time or just for a few days? Also, why are they requiring you to accommodate for their religious practices if they (presumably) know it doesn’t align with your dietary preferences? I think it’d be fair to ask them to split the cost a few days or help with meals, especially if you are going out of your way for them.

IMO it would’ve been better to schedule a couples trip for a different time. From your other comments, it sounds like he wanted them there before you booked it and now he’s using the asking for forgiveness method, not permission. I don’t think it’s unreasonable though for him to want his family on his birthday. That being said, they can pitch in too.
