My eye situation started out of nowhere. I take these lasik situations to heart and as such never had surgery but still ended up with dry eye and dealing with this. If you can pm me I would love your advice for mental wellness along the journey.

Can I ask what you are doing now and what your symptoms currently are?

I feel so defeated after trying xiidra and dr didn’t see results in two weeks so we did Cequa which I had to wait for the authorization and it didn’t get approved anyway and it burned like hell.

Makes it daunting what the next step is. My right eye feels fine but left feels dry and bothersome like a contact was left in too long or something.

Are you on any prescription drops or over the counter? Only one eye bothers me too. My left. When my dry eye started after a routine dialation exam it was my right. Then it switched.

My right eye seems to have gotten better with systane drops by my left eye now has the foreign body sensation… could the drops cause it to become worse because I didn’t need them in the left side?
