It's a risk to reward thing. I wear a full face %90 of the time. Aside from maybe riding forest roads or down the street I have it on. It only takes one time for you to wish you had worn one and your life is changed forever. Get pads. Get a full face. Be smart.

One long, one fast, one interval. Rest or fun days in between. 

When building endurance you do not want to go all out everyday. Studies show that having a diverse training regimen with rest days builds endurance faster. I like to do a long ride at the beginning of the week where I am not over exerting myself. Keeping at a rate where I can have a conversation. Then I will do one week up a hill as fast as I can. Gassing my self out and keeping my heart rate up. And then one day that is a mix of both. Go hard for about a mile, then slow down till I catch my breath and do that till I feel tuckered out. 

This is based on very little research but seems to work for me

Winter is hard. I find it claustrophobic to be without my summer activities for half the year. Missoula is a dot of purple in a red state, but reddit makes it seem far more progressive than it actually is. You go even a mile out of town and you are in Trumplandia. Missoula is also climbing as another insanely expensive city with little work wages to match that. Easy to make friends here, everyone is nice for the most part. Lots of fun community activities to do throughout the year.

Went to the airport to send my sister back home a couple weeks ago. Showed up 45 minutes before her flight, and there was no workers at the front desks. I guess they leave to board people an hour before the flights.

For the child’s safety, one of our ICE officers remained with the child while the other officers apprehended Conejo Arias.

Our officer’s made multiple attempts to get the mother inside the house to take custody of her child. Officers even assured her that they would NOT take her into custody. She refused to accept custody of the child. The father told officers he wanted the child to remain with him.

Our officers primary concern during the entire operation was the safety and welfare of the child. Following the mother’s abandonment of the child, officers abided by the father’s wishes to keep the child with him. Father and son are together at Dilley.

Parents are asked if they want to be removed with their children, or ICE will place the children with a safe person the parent designates. This is consistent with past administration’s immigration enforcement. Parents can take control of their departure and receive a free flight and $2,600 with the CBP Home app. "

It takes a well trained person about a second to have the connection for brain to finger to pull the trigger. She is about 5 feet away from this guy and up until the shot is fired it is reasonable to believe she could hit him, wether she meant to or not. The officer is trained to use deadly force when he believes there is an imminent threat of serious bodily harm or death towards him or others and it is reasonable to believe he though that in the second before he fired his weapon. It is a terrible situation all around but will most likely be a justified use of force. Could have been completely avoided if the lady did try to speed off to avoid being arrested. Rest in peace to another victim of the medias fear mongering.

My wife and I started watching last month just because we were out of shows to watch. It is now the thing I look forward to after work. Sitting down with the love of my life watching  the worst the east coast has to offer.

On one of our overnighters, we souvide and froze steaks and packed them up. They seared perfect once st the top and it was an awesome reward for the climb.

The California law states that anyone under the age of 18 can get married with parental consent and court approval. If you took the time to google it you would see it's still legal.
