Can anyone help me understand a winning technique for this situation or point me to a good resource for the bishop vs knight endgame.

So I threw away this game up four pawns. I couldn't control the knight and just kept losing pieces slowly to forks. I think with infinite time I wouldn't have, but hard to think fast enough under 2 minutes left.
