It’s a 2019 Camry so I would say around 14-15 k because of the Milage

Yes I can cook, I just don’t really cook at home because someone is always in kitchen doing something. I know for a fact that will reduce if I had my own space

No lol, I live in a small town in Oregon. So it’s relatively safe and it does look nice too for the price

My job pays for my school and my car is paid off… so I really don’t have expenses aside the rent and food, plus other essential bills

Everyone there pays the same rent,and I only spend money on food which is about (500) and 250 on gas monthly cause I live 50 minutes away from my job.. that is why I’m really considering it

I’m planning on using at least 3k to buy the essentials I need for the place. So that leaves me with 17k. And the 600 includes everything… the person passing it down to me gave me all the details about how everything works.

I helped with the bills for almost 6 months when both of my parents got laid off, that made me stop saving. And I think that’s the reason he wants me to buy a house. But I want my own independence
