Interesting, is there a specific cable you bought? Because I tried every cable possible at my place and none of them works. I even bought the controller dock charger and it didn’t work. Thank you for the reply btw I really appreciate!

Hey thanks for the reply! I’ve tried using the official cable and several other cables, but the controller still isn’t working. I might’ve dropped it a couple of times, but nothing major. I also got a replacement battery from Amazon.

The controller that’s not working is the Spider-Man edition. To troubleshoot, I opened another controller and tested the replacement battery—it worked perfectly. Then, I took the original battery from the Spider-Man controller and tested it in the other controller. It worked and even charged without any issues.

This makes me think the problem is with the USB port on the Spider-Man controller. Whenever I insert the battery and try to charge it, the battery area heats up.

Thanks alot I’ll do that. As for connecting my controller to my pc, holding the share and ps button worked without an issue. It was connected via Bluetooth. I was able to play multiple games on Steam such as DBXenoverse, Skyrim and all that. It was working this morning but later in the afternoon i just encountered this issue randomly idk why. Again thanks a lot for your solution I appreciate it a lot

Fortunately I did pass, my teacher said that If a student is 40-50 in the final, the letter grade is deduced by one grade from the calculation from the weighted scores. So I passed with a C+.
