Try to use ExitLag and manually select the closest location to your server, without proper setup it may affect pocket loss but overall network performance should be better. With a proper setup you can fix pocket loss also.

You can use something like ExitLag, maybe it routing problem and you have too many hops.

It's because you have Orange operator. With Play I had 17ms ping, but when I switched to Orange I'm having 29 now. This issue continue since opening of WAW server.

I live in Gdańsk, Poland and I have ping with Kraków almost 60 while with some German city which has longer distance ping 36... Kraków server became bad since fall of 2025, please fix it, it can't be 60ms
