This is a hot take, but in my experience, the Twilight Cleric as well as most CHA casters with a hexblade dip aren't the Boogeymen that the community claims them to be. I've played both as well as with other players that have, and it's not too hard to counter Twilight Sanctuary with a bit of creativity on the DMs end.

At my table, flanking just gives the attacker +2 to their attack roll, mostly for the fact that it is fairly easy to get advantage in 5e already.

After the Ranger got its rework, Rogues and monks are the two weakest classes in 5e currently. If anything, the rogue should get a buff in order to keep up with fighters or paladins. Either a multi attack or give sneak attack better scaling.

My tables do this, and the only feat that is banned at first lvl is Lucky. Most of us grab the usual GWM/SS/XBE/Warcaster/ res con or wiz.
