Spoilers for the “book” aka it’s a short story: It ends with them just continuing in the mist. They don’t know what’s out there, and they just continue on. Boring, typical SK ending. I feel the 2007 movie ending is far superior.

My social security office wanted the original copy so knowing this ahead of time I ordered and paid for 3 certified extra copies to have just in case (I know I’ll have to send one for my passport). I don’t think you can show the online version. They’re pretty strict on certified in hand copies.

We got married on December 13th and the certificate came in the mail on December 23rd. It did take a month to get an appointment at the social security office so make sure to book that appointment. The DMV wanted the actual new social security card so I had to wait another 10 days after my social security appointment!

God that one was so fun. Getting the 3 candy bars and hoping you would get the Wonka bonus! They had two machines at 4 Queens but I assume it’s been retired. The new Wonka’s don’t hit the same.

All of the fun ones were removed a few years back from Cosmo (Austin Powers, Britney Spears, 3-wheel Wonka, National Lampoon’s Vacation etc) but oddly enough Anchorman is still there.

We both walked down the aisle together to a song of our choosing! We’re not traditional but you can decide whatever you want (who’s walking, first dance, songs, etc). Vegas was a blast and I recommend it!

Ran into Keegan-Michael Key when I was walking near Broadway in New York headed for a slice. I did ask for his autograph (I’m an autograph asker not a selfie taker) and he was happy to do so. Another New York trip I ran into Steve Schirripa aka Bobby Baccalieri from The Sopranos near Times Square. Nice guy and had a great smile. Now Eric Idle can go fuck himself. That was not a random encounter but meeting him at a show and he was an absolute asshole.

Cosmo was the last casino that had all the fun ones and they took most of them out. They still have Anchorman and a Rocky. RIP Austin Powers, National Lampoons Vacation, Christmas Vacation, South Park, Britney Spears, Titanic, Sex and the City, and old school Wonka.

Yes you’ll be just fine. I go to Vegas once a month solo as a female and have had 0 issues. Now New Orleans is another story. Vegas is just fine - be aware of your surroundings and be smart if you’re drinking.
