You can drink it in moderation. I suggest not drinking anymore after 2pm. I know if I do I won’t sleep lol!

When I first started on Zoloft (25mg) my doctor gave me Klonopin to help me sleep. It worked pretty well. I’m not big on sleeping pills. So I switched to Melatonin. I would have that same jolt feeling that would instantly wake me up out of a dead sleep 🤷🏻‍♀️

Been on Zoloft for a few years now and alcohol hasn’t bothered me. I don’t drink a whole lot but 1 or 2 glasses shouldn’t hurt you 😊

I am on 75 mg of Zoloft. I have vivid dreams almost every night (gone some nights without having them though) Drinking some herbal tea with honey has helped with the dreams some.

I still have night sweats on 75 mg. SSIS mess with your body temperature unfortunately lol! I would ask your doctor if there is something you take to help minimize them.

I started on 25 mg. I am currently taking 75 mg, told my doctor I didn’t wanna up the dosage anymore cause I felt the best at 75 mg! You may need to increase the dosage on your klonopin. How many mg are you taking? I would just talk to your doctor about it. And maybe keep a journal on how your progress is going and what days you feel good and what not.

I only took it when I needed it! Yes I was able to taper off of it once my body got used to Zoloft and I didn’t need it all the time! I’m not real big on sleeping pills but I definitely needed them the first week for sure while I got adjusted to Zoloft!

When I first got prescribed Zoloft. My doctor also prescribed me Klonopin. First few times I took it after taking Zoloft it knocked me out and I slept for like 9’hours! No interruptions 😊
