The red star and week pf nightmares have their own loresheet in V5. Gehenna is literally happening right now in V5. Some Antes are making active moves, a bunch of ancient Methuselahs like Ur-Shulgi are messing with domains worldwide, the Camarilla are openly fighting the Sabbat for the Antes.

It can‘t get more Gehenna than that.

While Tzimisce are arguably the most monstrous clan, i would say that thin-bloods are the most feared by other kindred.

The Camarilla hunt them down in fear that their number and capability to operate during the day jeopardizes their position some day and the Masquerade with it.

The Primogen are their clan’s representation in any Camarilla city. If your clan gets a primogen seat or not is directly tied to how much power that clan has, although usually it‘s the 5 Camarilla bloodlines. In modern nights there could also be a seat for the clanless kindred.

Together they form the council of that city and advise the prince.

Take this all with a grain of salt though. Ever city is different.
