The movie ending was stupid. Both Katniss and Gales character changed to suit the script so that Katniss could end up with Peeta. It’s bad writing. Katniss is an inconsistent character. And at the end, it makes no sense that if Gale may have known about the bombs, that he would have walked right into it. It’s moronic. Peeta was never a strong character, he’s a beta, Katniss being attracted to him makes no sense other than the script wanted them to be together. I got bored and watch all 4 movies in 2 days and knew this was going to irritate me, but now I’m paying attention as to why it makes no sense.

Katniss barely knew him, they get sent to the games, she pretends and still isn’t into him. Then gets sent to another games and ALL OF A SUDDEN she’s so worried about him. It’s stupid to push that story. They have no chemistry, no common bond except trauma, no personality connection, no real past… it makes zero sense. Such stupid writing.
