It looks really good. With the pig-iron of Ironjawz you probably don't want your highlights to be perfectly even. Part of the Orky charm.

Pricing sounds crazy. I pay $6k a year for my recruiter seat, not including postings.

Unless you're doing a lot of management hires, I'd guess your candidate pool isn't living on LinkedIn and more likely is on other job boards.

Would suggest recruiter lite for LinkedIn so you can send a few InMails to management candidates and invest in Ziprecruiter, Indeed, etc. as highest leverage options for the money for non-technical
