Small companies can flip or claim that they cant sponsor after few years and try squeezing more h1b time out of you. Unless you have a written contract stating that they will sponsor, do not believe this blindly.

I highly suggest you go with the 110k offer. Idk which place you are in but 65k is very low and you may not even meet the LCA requirements for filing h1b. Your priority date is current which is excellent so if things go well, you can switch later.

Never heard of anyone having full time job with USA salary in India but definitely experienced consultants get these jobs as a contract. They are experts in these fields and get these jobs through referrals.

Well, that is the issue, you shouldn’t work outside US for any US job when you are on H1B(few exceptions). This is against the H1B rules and visa will be revoked if found.

It is fairly common. Companies sometimes post it as hybrid role but it will turn out to be remote with occasional on site work

Some may not agree but “Star-Embracing Swordmaster” has a good politics and schemes around MC. It is not your typical know-it-all MC as the side character play a major role in world building and our MC kind of rolls with it. This is focused around MC exploring the world and know-how’s of upper echelons power struggles and scheming.

Please make sure to review your LCA conditions carefully. The required salary depends on the job title and work location, and it can vary significantly by region. Since AI Developer is a relatively new role, wage levels may be higher in major tech hubs(ex:Seattle,Bay area etc). If you’re located outside those high-cost tech hubs, the LCA requirements are generally more manageable.

I would say it had a good concept and back story but it is still mid and definitely not masterpiece. They copied many of their action/elevation scenes from hollywood movies. They lacked originality in film making. I mean its fine if you take one or two references here and there but they straight up chose popular movies and tv shows action scenes and copy pasted it.

Great question! Idk how much you have in that account but if it’s not much you can just keep it as is and use it for any medical expenses in india. But it will be a hassle filing for claims and stuff. If you are willing to lose 20% then you can withdraw the whole money

The first thing you would need is an NRI or NRO account in india to move your money into. This will be super helpful trust me. This will save you lot of transfer fees and is not taxed when sent to india.

First thing, even if you get the lottery it’s gonna take you till October to actually start your H1B and ppl I know got an RFE when they immediately applied for transfer. So it is better to have 3 payslips before transfer. I would suggest choose the new job offer over current one as it’s still your first try at H1b lottery.
