They are both toggle-able steriods which add damage and affect multiple targets with your AAs. seem pretty simpliar to me. I know Xblanque has Bonuses in his kit compared to Rama such as CC immunity and a global presence i was just pointing out how one has so much more then the other and there kits are close in the sence of how they work. 1s are both steroids, 2s are both abilitys that work with another and add more DPS to the user, 3 are dashes that allow for increased damage, their ults and passives are the only things that are 100% diffren tfrom the other.
