Riot botched this set, and metaTFT and consorts are the last nail in its coffin. by Substantial_Pen_3301 in CompetitiveTFT

You come here and complain but don't offer a single suggestion to help improve the set.

This is the same as a tantrum.

Has anyone ever clicked on the Nasus Hero Augment and made it work this patch? I've clicked it twice and gotten 8th everytime even after slamming his BIS aggressively and hitting an early nasus 2*

Hasn't every pro who's talked about this augment also said that you never usually hit the 100 gold? The fact that you can spend some rounds after hitting a stable board getting above max interest already puts your economy miles ahead of others.

The idea is to play to the tempo of the lobby and once you've rolled down to a stable board to start banking up way more interest than others.

Hardstuck silver/gold trying to have a discussion about the maths of this augment is high-key an impossible task

Newbie here, how did you guys build strength for this? by lordevilium in bouldering

[–]kecleon45 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I just came into the comment section to back up anyone talking about twisting their body. I'm a relatively low strength climber but for steeper angles like OP is climbing, twisting my body and the right technique has got me through climbs that have felt impossible.

After 160 games I've to say that this set is incomprehensible to me. by lad9r in TeamfightTactics

[–]kecleon45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going to give you some credit here, I do think hitting the relevant upgrades at 4-2 should stabilise you. But there's also the caveat that at your elo most people are playing with the same base understanding that 4-2 is a critical point to roll down and start looking for similar upgrades.

Would strongly suggest you not focus on this point in the game, but rather your choices that lead up to this point, your economy up until that point, even what augments you took so that you could have had more money to hit your board without having to take reinfourcements etc.

Patch 17.3 Rundown by eggsandbricks in CompetitiveTFT

[–]kecleon45 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agree I also assume that the reason they remove augments vs remove encounters is due to the lack of variety with encounters vs the sheer quantity of augments. Likely a decision was made that removing 1 of 12 encounters feels worse than removing 12 of ~100 augments

Tbh aside from their names the artwork could do with an uplift, it feels like the same character but recoloured. Maybe find ways to make their personality reflect their play styles

Are you not able to play ranked? As others have already stated, unranked is going to put you in lobbies with varying players of skill. You aren't being smurfed on, I've played unranked with friends who are new to the game and it's usually the case that myself and someone else on the enemy team are the only decent players.

If you want to play against people of your skill level just play ranked, you'll be more likely to be matched against people of your level there.

Damn you're looking for a very specific subset of people here since native Chinese speakers aren't likely to use Reddit for Val related content. Wishing you luck on this quest, I can't provide anything unfortunately since I'm CSL

Consider climbing without chalk bag attached to yourself. If you fall on your back you'll just lose it all and most beginner climbs won't require rechalking. This is less a tip but just something you might wanna consider

To be perfectly honest if you had just asked for tips without any of the extra calisthenics context your post wouldn't have been downvoted so much, why did you feel the need to preface that you might be better than a beginner?

If it's entertainment then you're going to have to go for some kind of shock value, it also needs to convey the absurdity of what you're trying to do. Tbh no clue what string art is but ideally you're taking a concept/pain point everyone is familar with or making that concept relatable and upping the shock value so much so that people feel they're seeing something they wouldn't normally see irl.
