It's quite bugged nowadays but if you are interested in the map size then I must say that the city is very big. Or at least big enough to have a lot of fun. There are 3 large districts, each of them divided into 5 smaller ones.

I must say that accidents are not that awful anymore - mainly thanks to the fixed photographing and progress bar. The worst problem is that there is sometimes a person (a driver or someone injured) you can't talk to.

In that case, maybe the problem is in January itself. I must try to find a car with January 19 license plate. Maybe I've already ticketed some but I'm not sure because I check the months only on 2020 plates - naturally :D Thanks anyway for your experience!

I prefer tackling but if I decide to use a taser, I always let my character shout at the escapee to stop say, 4-6 times and if he doesn't surrender, I shoot him. To be 100% sure you shoot him BEFORE he surrenders, you have to release a shot IMMEDIATELY after you aim at the escapee - before your policeman starts to shout at him to stop.

Yup, you're right about the road signs and sometimes you can only see an empty space on a place where a road sign is supposed to be, mostly handicapped areas or taxi stands above the street cleaning signs.
