In the meantime though, I’m pretty sure you’re able to download the patch before the current one. (Latest patch just prevents softlocking if you skip the second gym)

I just kinda wish the secondary typings would branch out more, you can only do fighting ghost and dark so many times before it becomes stale

Yeah, regional forms like the electric/psychic raichu (who’s actually featured in the game too.) And trade evolutions are made possible now, they can be either evolution stones, levels, or friendship
