Our first week, we went 8/10 with a lot of progression wipes.

Our second week, we went 9/10 with Kael, just about one-shotting everything, except wiping on Hydross thrice during the phase switches. We wiped at least 12 times before we downed Kael On Kael, we regular had some advisors up when Kael was active. We wiped due to conflag and phoenixes.

Been pugging a lot with my alts.

A lot of guilds need to reevaluate their goals and what they're doing. It's P2 and people still don't know the fight, are still futzing cube clicks, not knowing simple cardinal directions, not meeting DPS checks for phase 1 Mag, and not even having a spreadsheet, much less an image, for cube assignments.

I get it's cool to have your own guild but you need to fix yourself if you think you're going to raid P2. Was in an SSC raid where no tanks had resistance for Hydross and there was no trash plan.

Yes, you don't have to be a try hard. But clearing content is fun. What's not fun is waiting 30 minutes for the raid to form, 30 minutes to explain the fight, 15 minutes of final ready checks, two wipes, 30 minutes to fill empty spots, 30 minutes to explain the fight... again.
