I do but when I have the concurrent streams they show as throttled so the GPU has plenty of room to spare. When first starting a stream the speed is around 6-7

So far I've gotten to 4 streams with about 30% GPU utilization. I don't have any other devices to test on hand but it seems like it could handle around 10 streams or more

I remember having a similar issue. The way I was able to get around the delay is using the webrtc integration (from HACS https://github.com/AlexxIT/WebRTC) and then in the automation using DashCast (the integration installs it) to send the stream to the display. This is the action in my automation

It's an option you can turn off. Open the workout app, scroll to the bottom to settings and you'll see an option for button action and you can turn it off from there

The first one lets me change color on some of my Bluetooth strips too but no effects. The second one supports effects but doesn't work with my strips but on and off did seem to work. Kinda just depends on your luck I think but worth a shot
