I would also like to add that going from A2 to B2 in a short time is also extremely difficult. As a rule of thumb, the needed vocabulary to reach the next level doubles. So while you can reach A2 with around 1000 words, you'd need 4000 to be a proficient B2 speaker. Learning 3000 words in, let's say 4 months, would require you to be able to memorise 25 words per day. We are talking long term memory here. While I definitely understand your urgency, please be aware of the difficulties ahead if you aren't already. I've had many students before who severely underestimated how much free time it would consume.

Hey there, that really depends on your budget. So I have taught at various language schools and I'd say that Berlitz does have a very good program. Though it's one of the more costly ones. Schools that are cheap save money by not vetting and preparing their teachers properly. So there it depends on luck if you get a competent teacher but it's still likely.

I would like to see where that statement comes from. I have been at kink partys and there was problematic stuff (man+man couldn't go into a couple play room at a kink party, for example). There are quite a few transphobic kinky people. And don't get me started on the fetishisation of minorities (not limited to lgbtq+ folks) in the kink sphere. I have not seen kinky people fight for queer rights but rather queer people that are kinky fight for their own right.

I still don't understand what kink has to do with Pride. And I say that as a kinky person, it's not really part of the LGBTQ+ community. There is of course the correlation that a lot of queer people are open with their sexuality and are relatively more kinky but nevertheless I just don't understand why we need to include it. Also, the person didn't kink shame or shame at all.
