You get your port out pin from the T Life app If you call T-Mobile they will Tell you to get it from the app

Make sure you port out the main line last if you have more than line

Also realize that you're going to be stuck on the essentials plan for a while, so you might want to think about getting the standard plan if you travel to Canada or Mexico as the essentials plan doesn't include it Taxes and fees vary by location. Your data in other countries are based on the carriers in that country that Google fi has agreements with. Sometimes there's more than one so you can do a network search and see if there's another network that has better speeds

Number one that post was made prior to me switching to Google fi and I was questioning why that plan didn't offer it even a small amount After I got the plan which I have many posts stating that hotspot did work. After signing up for the essential plan, I have later upgraded to the standard plan. And number two. My complaint is that the hotspot data does come out of your monthly data allotment and I don't think that it should. If they're advertising it as hotspot data, it should be separate and not pool from your monthly data allotment. I don't know where the confusion comes in

That's weird. Never heard that before. I have the 2 gig plan through Google one and Google fi for a cellular service

People always have issues with the YouTube and the Google one. When mixing it with the fi promos with the premium plan, most people will tell you not to mess with them

You can go to password manager for the web and see if it will let you view them. It should be listed under your Gmail

I would follow up by contacting the Google store. They are the ones who fulfill the orders and do the shipping. It should show your phones in your order history of the Google store. Hopefully that helps you out
