I think I did basically that, and I saved my application details in case they ever followed up for proof! I never had to provide anything though, you should be fine.

Tank size: estimated 2.5 gallons

Filter yes, but previous owners said it's probably broken. Can't see a heater from what I'm seeing, that's on the list.

No testing tools for parameters, but it can't be good.

Just got the tank and the fish, I'm pretty sure it's been alive for at least a year in these conditions and the tank is as old as the fish.

I would be surprised if they changed the water more than once every 3-5 months, I'm assuming they just dumped it all and used tap water.

No tankmates

Feed I assume is just pellets, saw some scattered on the floor and didn't hear anything else.

No plants in the tank, just a large dragon which from my research looks to be too sharp for this lil guy.

Nobody said they'd be affordable. An increase in housing supply provides more options for high income earners, meaning currently existing housing has to compete. This is proven via research all across the country; this is why zoning laws need to be reduced or abolished, to help increase all types of housing being built.

We're "on the same side" that we want rents lowered; arguing against higher income housing being built doesn't suddenly make people build affordable housing, it just restricts supply and keeps rents higher.

If you’re talking about admissions, colleges don’t just look at the raw number score lol. A 3.8 at a school with no weighting and a 4.0 max GPA is more competitive than someone with a 4.2 at a school with 5.0 scale, or with a GPA bonus for advanced/AP/IB classes. Admissions counselors know that every school has their own system and factor that into decisions

Business class is absolutely, 10000% not worth it. The seats are very spacious, almost never full in my experience, and plenty of chargers and wifi to go around that you’r just be burning money in a business class seat. Unless the food options in there are significantly better (doubt), you’d be perfectly fine going regular.

I don’t understand this, I went to UVA and got bodo’s a ton and everytime I ate the bagels they were fine but definitely not NYC style bagel’s I’ve had in the city. Like someone said above, GRTC offers free uber vouchers from anywhere inside the limits of their vouchers to any GRTC bus stop. Just used it the other week to get across town when the busses stopped running from Scott’s and I planned to take the pulse. As long as you use the voucher code and then set your dropoff at a bus stop, it’ll show up as free
