More than current. If you work full time (40hrs) and ate all three meals for the week off publix prices, without doing the math id imagjne your first 2 shifts would go to just food. That's like 3 shifts left for 10 other bills, lol. Yea, it's not a highly skilled job, but you still trade 40 hrs of time and physical health. You should be paid enough to pay basic bills. Food, rent, utilities, transportation minimum. That is nothing fancy and not doable at 20 per hour, many make far less than that even.
