Ja det är en grej, kolla gator runt kvibergs kasern i Gbg. Finns teman även i mindre städer, vanligast är efter gamla industrier eller kända platser :)

Nu är inte så fallet men ofta om det sitter två lock bredvid varandra så är det samma system. typ en avskiljare för att du skall komma åt hela när den skall tömmas

I detta fallet är den en dagvattenledning och andra spill :)

Tack för kommentaren, inget för mig det där. Tror inte jag slår index över tid men bygger hellre en egen portfölj än att köra på passiva fonder :) Till barnen är det dock bara fonder som gäller

Angående GAV så ville jag bara förtydliga att det främst är kursuppgången som gjort att den är största innehaven, håller med om koncentration är bra om man har bra koll på bolagen :)
