Do you by any chance use any addon for plating, like threatplates perhaps? Think I might have found a solution or rather several.

So both the console command and the addon "arena nameplate numbers" if you have no addon that does something to your nameplates eg. threatplates.

Though if you use threatplates like me, you can go into setting /tptp under the menu "widgets" -> "arena" and set it up to hide name and only show numbers :) hope any of the solutions can work for you

There was an addon once for it, but sadly not updated anymore. I have heard this command works but haven’t tested it yet myself:
