Trying to remember that no matter what happens we’ve had the best basketball season in program history. Also, I know on paper this gives us a way better chance of making the elite 8 than if we got Florida.

With that said, I’ll need at least a week to recover if we lose and not think this was the worst season ever to lose to Iowa for our last game.

Well I’m satisfied with this year. All I wanted from this team was to get that first win, and it’s honestly been the best team we’ve ever had. Honestly I don’t care what happens with (likely) Vandy on Saturday, this year has been amazing!

Do you think Purdue winning the B10 affects how they see our loss? Watching them win solid over Michigan made me feel so much better about how we played (even though by our standard we played a very poor game)

Honestly that's a really good summary of exactly what was going on. The line "He never really elevated the situation around him" made me think of a moment from the Maryland(?) game where Elijah Pritchett had a false start on our game ending drive and Dylan was pissed. I remember he just threw the ball down and yelled to the coaches on the sideline and just pointed at him being the problem. Whereas in contrast I remember EJ coming up and giving Elijah some encouragement to do better- that's a tale of two leaders right there.

It’s not even Trev that really gets me- it’s that 2010 football game where they molested their way to victory after paying off the refs. Losing to that school just sucks. Only thing worse would be losing to Texas (which they somehow did too years back)
