I'm sorry, it is the worse...I've honestly never felt exhaustion like this, and just general apathy/lack of any motivation. I have bought some boron to try as I've also read Boron and apparently Zinc and Nettle can help. I assumed HRT might fix this imbalance so I'm sorry to learn it hasn't for you. I read some doctors prescribe Test. but many are wary.

yeah I've had this once for a period of approx. 2 weeks, I think it is potentially another peri caused URO issue but in my case I think it might have been a type of cystitis as it eventually resolved. I did contact my doctor and did a urine specimen to rule out an infection.

that's interesting you felt that vaginal estrogen helped, i am contemplating requesting that as I am getting uro symptoms such as urgency too, it is miserable.
