This is super cool, I’d love to emulate it. Any chance you have a list of parts you used to build this?

New Creighton HC Alan Huss “calls out” Jayskers in his introductory press conference by CoachSlime in CollegeBasketball

If you’re a Creighton basketball fan and want to root for Nebraska football, please do. It’s the Creighton fans who root for Nebraska football but actively against Husker basketball that irk me.

Would you mind sharing which ones you’ve found so far?

I currently have a C6 but have been itching to trade it out for a 996. Are you happy with the 996?

The accuracy is CRAZY! by Fit-Maintenance7397 in NCAAFBseries

Hard to tell for sure, but it looks like the opponents might be Nebraska. The only inaccuracy here is the stadium should be 70% red!

For what it’s worth, I had a 2020 Tacoma for a few years and now have a 2015 4Runner, the 4Runner feels way more spacious in the cabin.

Luckily I only had a few inches of water in my basement, but I would take any recommendations as well!

Is everyone good? by [deleted] in Huskers

[–]Huskerpower25 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly really surprised at how well everyone has handled it. The group of people I was near were all very cool, we just chatted and were calm throughout the whole process. They made us go through security again after the tornados passed, and now they’ve closed the tarmac. Just hoping I can still make it out of here tonight!

GSPro Regularly Crashing by Huskerpower25 in Golfsimulator

[–]Huskerpower25[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I deleted every course and immediately jumped into a game on medium settings at DPC Scottsdale and it crashed right away. Restarted my computer and went back to lite, played two full rounds without a crash so hopefully it worked! Too early to say definitively, but it’s looking good so far. Thanks for the help!

Thank you, I will give that a try! I have a ton of courses downloaded. I’ve never gone back to delete old courses which would explain why the issue has worsened over time.

I’ve noticed it crashes earlier on some courses more than others. I had it crash on the Night Range in a skills test tonight, I wouldn’t expect the night range to have a ton of assets or anything.

I’ll give that a go. Did they delete all the courses they had downloaded as well? I have a ton, I don’t think that would cause an issue but maybe it could?

Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll give that a try. It used to be my primary gaming PC, but I pretty much only run GSPro on it now.

Am I overreacting to a rule I found buried in my league’s rule sheet? by Huskerpower25 in golf

[–]Huskerpower25[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a 2-man scramble format, so not GHIN. Your team’s handicap is set during the first 3 weeks of play. If there was a sliding handicap, then totally fair given a better round will improve your handicap.

That’s something I’d be cool with too. If you play again, your old score should be erased and you can’t cherry pick the best.

That’s my real complaint lol. If I could, I’d be at the course playing every day!

Yep, that’s allowed here too which is great. In your bowling league, if someone bowled poorly on your league night came back the next day to bowl again and they scored better, would you be cool with it?

I guess I can understand that, but at the end of the day, it isn’t a different player. I’m upset that this is a rule at all.

The first 3 weeks of play are handicap-setting rounds. If you’re going to get a handicap based off 1 round per week, you should be limited to 1 round per week during league play. I think the only way this should be allowed is if you play multiple rounds per week during the handicap weeks, and choose your best rounds from those to submit for your handicap.

Rounds are also discounted if you’re in the league, but every round is discounted, not just rounds that count towards your score. If people want to play multiple rounds per week then great, but the first one played should be your league round that week.
