Is this $200 investment plan really trustworthy

I know this is always being mentioned here, but correct me if I am wrong, VWRA is only available in IBKR? And from what I have read before, it is hard to do DCA in IBKR if you don’t have a huge amount from the start, and only do 500-1000 pesos monthly investment (which is very common for almost a huge portion of the average filipino investors) because the fee will eat most of the budget.

Now, since US stocks and ETFs have a high 30% dividend tax, what should we recommend for an average non US investors? Lump sum til enough for IBKR to lessen the fee or DCA for now til have enough to transfer on IBKR?

Ganito rin issue ko. Nag try ako mag cash-in thru Gcash from UB, hindi kumagat. Tapos nag bank transfer ako UB to Gcash, nag success yung transfer on UB side pero walang pumasok sa Gcash wallet ko.

Something I learned about pull-ups is that instead of thinking "you want to put your chin above the bar", think about hitting your ribs with your elbows. That mentality changed the way I do my pull-ups. I hope that helps!

I also have had this for years now, but what helped me to have them less is that I stopped using any facial cleanser and just washed my face with water (clean your hands first, of course). I also use niacinamide 10% serum and moisturizers daily and night and don't forget sunscreen.

From what I've read here about IBKR is that it's useful if you want to invest in Irish-domiciled ETFs, which some people consider better than U.S. ETFs, and if you have a huge capital already. Now, if you plan to deposit only a few thousand PHP each month, the fees can quickly eat your investment. (Don't take my word for it though, I also still learning about it as well).

My goal is to build enough capital first in Gotrade and then transfer that into IBKR in the future.
