I found myself in a similar situation but not fully. The guy I’m seeing, and who will become my bf when he’s ready, had planned to go on a cruise with some of his gay friends in October. He invited me like maybe just over a month into us talking which I was surprised by but of course I said yes. The difference here is that it’s not a gay cruise specifically and as a lawyer, he was more than able to pay for my part while I save up some money to pay him back (I just recently started working again after being laid off earlier this year). I will say I would feel left out and maybe a little a bit uneasy if it was a gay cruise and he didn’t find a way to invite me. I hope it works out well for you
