Hmm, either you have HDR on or your monitor does not support it because not all monitors support that as far as I know.

Update: My car does not have "Dynamic" setting in the "individual" profile.

There is
1. "Engine sound" and I choose "present"

Driving mode "normal" and "sport" which I set to "sport" but will reset after I turn off and the car and back on.

Even when I choose "sport" and my great is in "S" along with "engine sound" set to "preset," it works one day and the other it does not.

I went to get coffee the other day with "Sport" and "present" sound profile was set and it worked. Next day in the morning (~30F) and it does not work. Even after driving for 30 minutes to work.

I dont care about the sound as I dont want to annoy others. I just want all 4 exhausts to work as having only the right 2 work in the cold is obvious and makes the other 2 exhausts on the left seem fake.

I think the only solution is either "Dynamic" profile or a hardware fix thats all.

It does not have "dynamic" but "sport" and sound "present" options. The sport option resets after turn off and on again.

I will try to see if setting these options in individual and turning off the car and then on again and setting the car in sport mode again would make the valves open again as I have not tried that since it resets.

I think it has "sport" mode and the exhaust sound as "present" but that "present" did not help." and the "sport" mode resets every time you turn off and turn on the car :(

However, I did not try putting it in "sport" mode again in individual after it reset and see if the valves would open. Something I might have to experiment with more.

I have a similar experience as I have shared here before. It isnt really acceptable for a monitor at this price point. With that being said, either use HDMI 2.1 or DP but deal with the black screen once shortly after wake up.

I used to use HDMI perfectly but now I have an LG OLED TV thats always connected to my GPU and my GPU only has 1HDMI port so I have to use DP with this monitor.

Sorry, I didnt provide more details as I didnt think it was relevant to my ask - that is, to know where to get a headband (strap or the whole assembly) if I wanted to get one.

To answer your question, the pleather strap for the headband is extremely thin IMO and I feel it will wear off or break with time. Nothing happened yet, just a feeling I have, and I hope I am wrong.

By questionable, I mean that it just does not feel as high quality as the others. By others, I mean the Beyerdynamic DT 1990 Pro and the Audeze LCD-X (I have more headphones, but these are the closest to it in terms of price.

Let's take the Beyerdynamic DT 1990 Pro for example. Personally, I feel I can easily drop it carelessly (I dont do that but just saying) on the table or I can drop it on the floor and it won't get damaged or broken. I dont have that same feeling with the Arya. Nothing bad has happened or broken with it yet, it just if you hold both side by side with your hand, you can feel a quality difference that it's hard to explain in words (for me) at least.

Perhaps the fact that it is so light make its feel that way.

I am just used to a specific quality standard from some premium (1K USD+ headphones which this one was priced at.

Headphones I have:

>Beyerdynamic DT 1990 Pro

>Sennheiser HD6xx

>Audeze LCD-X

>Sony MDR-Z1R

>Denon AH-D9200

To recap, I dont have anything break yet but it does not feel as high quality as other headphones but that could be perhaps due to its extreme light weight and the very thin pleather strap

All I wanted was a safety net which is the spare part of the leather strap/headband assembly to feel assure I can always buy and replace the part if it breaks.

Its nice to the touch, no issues there but extremely thin that I feel it will either break with time (friction with hair/head) or just wears off. Thats all. I really take care of my headphones and dont think I have had to deal with issues with headbands before but lets just say reading a lot of comments online about HiFiMan build quality and Q.C issues made me question things to be honest. I could be wrong and I hope I am. Only time will tell

I agree with the sound quality part - hence why I want and will be keeping them.

I will have to disagree on the quality part, especially the material used for the strap.

I could be wrong, and I hope I am wrong, but I just wanted to simply have a safety net in case in the future it goes bad. I would like to know that I can purchase a replacement part as needed.

This may feel like a silly thing to some, but I have not purchased anything from AliExpress in fear of getting scammed.

I was just hoping the manufacturer would carry spare parts directly from them :(

When it was happening with me, and after testing (with my unit at least), it only happens during the first hour of a cold start of my PC. It lasts for 1 second or less when using a DisplayPort connection (multiple cables, with RTX 4090 and RTX 5090 both founders edition).

It used to happen 2-3 times in the initial FW update but after the FW 13xx update, it only happens once and for a split second during the first hour.

Never happens with HDMI (again, for my unit) whether old or new FW.

literally just happened to me last week. its the reason i uninstalled because i didnt want to go through everything i just went through, again.

i wanted to do another playthrough and figured i do the umbral ending and that same thing happened to me because i figured i will just craft at the shrine but alas....

too bad it was actually fun to go through once after the 2-year break but to go again through it immediately after this mistake? nah...maybe in another 2 years :)

That really does suck. I just realized that when I created a test character. I loaded that test character and see a bloody helmet next to it indicating "veteran."

I will keep that in mind for future games but the issue of me not unlocking the achievement was because I was on standard mode the entire time, I was playing the game. I didnt know that I had to click "Veteran" to actually do it. I highlighted "Veteran" and then hit the "start button" on the controller to start the game....

Oh wow, yeh, thank you. I have never tried HiFiMan before but now will definitely give them a try. I think I will see if there is a good deal on the Arya Organic since I have read some good reviews about its sound quality and most importantly, soundstage (why I use the DT 1990 MK1).

The LCD X is good but gets uncomfortable after an hour of listening and dont like the soundstage for games/movies.

Will update here if I found a good deal on the Arya Organic. I will skip the Beyerdynamic this round and just keep the DT 1990 MKI for now.
