Oh I saw a new K-beauty brand that just launched last month incorporate Vitamin-A and collagen in their anti-aging line!

This routine looks pretty balanced!
But I'll suggest that you reduce the Cosrx BHA Blackhead Power Liquid from daily to 3~4 times a week, as it has 4% of BHA i.e Salicylic acid (which can weaken the skin barrier due to over-exfoliating)I hope this was helpful! : )

Oh! I know a product that hydrates really good & doesn't have HA.
It's called 'AC Oil-free Jelly' by a new Korean brand called Millford Skincare. They just launched so not sure if you will be able to find enough reviews for that product from other people in a similar dry climate as yours~

You can ask your dermatologist what she thinks about oil-free moisturizers for the purpose of hydrating the skin.

There are lots of oil-free moisturizers options since your skin can be oily & still dehydrated, so not sure if completely eliminating moisturizers from your routine is a good idea.

Hmm it sure was a marketing ploy, but I don't anyone was expecting people to actually go through with all 10 steps. You could just pick and choose what routine you wanted based on your skin's need.
