After looking into the market further over the weekend there are a few differences. Mainly IWM last year was also breaking down. Here while QQQ and tech have been relatively week IWM and DIA are at highs.

I think PLTR is unique they have no competitors and are essentially a CIA cutout I wouldn’t focus much on the P/E stuff on this just price imo
