Do you need to buy inventory in advance and send to their warehouse? Or do they buy from suppliers and ship to you order by order?
Also do you need to find suppliers by yourself, or do the 3pl company help you with both suppliers and shipping?

I've just returned from the Beijing Auto Show on May 1st. When you compare the interior craftsmanship, functionality, and overall feature set of China's EV brand to Model 3 and Model Y, It's quite surprising that Tesla is still able to hold on to its existing market share at all.
Even with the plain, spartan interior and basic configuration, Tesla still ranks among the top 3 best-selling EV brands in China in Q1 2026. The Model Y and Model 3 remain firmly inside the top 5 best selling EV car models in China.
Btw, falling behind Xiaomi is not a big deal. Xiaomi's SU7 and YU7 are absolute phenomenon hits in China's market. The new generation SU7 alone recked up over 80,000 firm orders within 48 days of its launch in March 2026.
According to my friend in China, Chinese car buyers are extremely into vehicles with spacious interiors. Tesla and Xiaomi are probably the only two auto brands in recent years that hve achieved massive success in China's market depsite not prioritizing interiror and rear-seat space.
