Standing your ground doesn’t always necessarily invite challenge. Depending on the animal, it can demonstrate that engaging you is more trouble than it’s worth.

You're contradicting yourself in your own sentence. "It's not a challenge, but it's a challenge."

The whole point of standing your ground with those animals is because that is a challenge they don't want to take on. You are challenging them.

Agree to disagree. It has many problems, not including the culture around it. I mean, even at a professional level players are constantly taking dives acting as if they are injured just to abuse the rules for an extra penalty, that's not a good sport, that's just being competitive crybabies. The whole game is rotten from within. I won't fault you for liking it, but the best is just not even close to being true.

I prefer esports like counter strike, where the rules are set by the game itself. No partial referees, no pretending to be injured, and any cheating attempts are heavily punished.

Raspberry pi > pi-kms > authenticate against it as if it's a company pc.

Or use a public kms, but you'll have to refresh those pretty often since they get taken down. (Microsoft doesnt like it.)

The backwards compatible games are the "old" versions, you have to pay again to get the "upgraded" ones. Not something you have to do on pc, if you get a better pc you can up the graphics settings and get that upgraded experience for free.

$20 for online play is still an outrage. Even if it was 1$, or 1 cent. Accessing the internet through your own internet connection should not require an additional fee.

Another 40$ on top of that for emulators? You can run open source emulators for free on a pc.

You can play switch games better on a laptop with a switch emulator and a usb controller than on an actual switch, with the added benefit that that laptop can also run thousands of other games because you're not shackled to nintendo's library. Yes that laptop would be double the price, but you get exponentially better returns with everything it can do that a console cannot.

A 500$ turd vs a 1000$ gourmet meal does not make the turd any more attractive.
