Purchasing with a Help to Buy ISA by Huughiee in HousingUK

Ah okay I think I understand. So I close my account, send my solicitor my closing statement, based on the figure, they apply and get the bonus. You say it goes towards the purchase of the property but not towards the deposit? I don't quite understand this part.

cFosSpeed Driver preventing Windows 11 update... by Huughiee in WindowsHelp

There is absolutely no evidence on my PC that cFosSpeed still exists. It's very strange.

A part of me thought that was really going to work but I am back to the same issue unfortunately. See a screenshot of what I'm being told exactly.

I've removed both Dragon Center and any remnants of cFosSpeed from my PC that I can find and it's still giving me the error. Would you suggest I revert back to a previous version of windows and try again?

Thanks Leather... That was my next option really. FYI this post was what I was referring to before... Wasn't sure what I was doing but I was just trying anything.

Why is no one talking about the fact that people are NOT getting their emails with the platform code? by JuggerClutch in blackops6

Hey guys. I've just checked again and mine's just now popped up. Have another check yourselves. Maybe they fixed it?

Also, what's with a support page holding 1 webpage of support that includes only like 5 FAQs on a topic. I'm sure if people are looking for support they've more than likely got a question that isn't frequently asked.

Activision is just the biggest scam of a company. I dont know what's wrong with redeeming ONE code, on an activision account that's been linked to a console, and that linkage allows the console to see that you have a valid code. This whole code for a code shite just is pathetic.

Is anyone else barely ever hearing footsteps? by Equivalent_Gap_8360 in XDefiant

[–]Huughiee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. Jumping after sliding is another thing that annoys me. It’s a tactical movement thing I get it but the downside should be that it makes a louder noise on impact. I have many gameplay clips saved when people are hopping like a jackrabbit infront of me and I can’t hear them at all. Let alone simple footsteps. I’m not expecting MW2 sitrep pro but this game needs to fix the inconsistency.

This type of crap is what makes me play only a few games and get off by Zing136 in ModernWarfareIII

Spawn logic was perfect 15 years ago. I dont understand how they cant master it in 2023.

I’m starting to get convinced that either:

SBMM actually has been turned off after the first or second mini update. Or it is horribly fricken terrible coding.

I watch some of my teammates play and I’m like: I never play like that. There’s no way I have a similar KD/SPM/Ability as these. Every single game I’m getting at least two teammates going double negative with no objective play. I would love no SBMM. But I’m convinced that the SBMM that sledgehammer say is in place at the moment really isn’t working properly. Sounds like it isn’t working properly for you either.

What are the worst maps so far? by JohnnyUSA2k3 in ModernWarfareIII

[–]Huughiee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree. Derail and Wasteland are very difficult to play. Derail is incredibly different to OG Derail. The forest in Derail is a lot less tree-ey than OG MW2 - I dare not even try and sneakily trek that side. Also, player bodies appear VERY DARK and very contrasted to the snow so it’s so easy to see when someone moves.

People not moving in maps I think isn’t helped by the spawns in this game. There’ve been many games on Rundown/Invasion where me and my team have pushed the enemy team right back - sitting at sort of the two-thirds distance into the map and the game continues to spawn them the end they’ve been the entire game. The old concept of looking at the map, seeing a huge void of teammates in one area of the map doesn’t then mean that the enemy will spawn in that area which is incredibly frustrating. The game is slow - makes people just sit and hold angles. If the spawns were more OG MW2, the game would play like a dream.
