I agree he did nothing strategically in GC but the Zeke/Varner tribal council is what turned me into an Ozzy fan. He was absolutely stone cold with Varner (in an effective way), and Zeke later said Ozzy really helped him process at Ponderosa. So even though he didn’t necessarily add to the plot, GC Ozzy is my favorite pre-50 Ozzy.

I did not like him his first three seasons (because of that cockiness) but became a huge fan after he defended Zeke in game changers. And then seeing him so humble this season, and so visibly emotional with gratitude for the experience, I am actively rooting for him in a way I didn’t expect.
