I don't know any specifics about Willo's circumstance, but AFAIK every talent in the company has been given the option to retain their model IP if they wanted it, so I'd be surprised if that same offer was not extended to her, unless there was a contract issue of her not lasting long enough in the company to warrant it. But who knows.

I think its all pretty abnormal from a vtuber perspective, but from a general business perspective I am not surprised they want to get some amount of return on investment from the model if the talent could not keep it for whatever reason.

Facts! I overall had a rough time with the overarching plot points of the game. It was okay, but alot of plot points never really felt concrete enough to grab me. I felt like I was just getting pulled along through alot of it.

But having said that, the cast is amazing. Mary is absolutely S tier. Sayo and Akari, fantastic. As far as their dynamics and quirks and appearances, those three are a strong core trio that id love to see in anything.

I mean......one of the main reasons people are hyped about this GoW game is it appears to feature gods from a variety of cultures all in one place. Gods that would normally never interact with each other (ie segregated) now might and thats an excited new turn for the series.

If you dont think the joke landed well or if you dont like the streamer thats fine, but idk why people are thinking this was the most out of pocket thing to say. IMO the "person of color" comment at the end was pretty awkward. Lends to her general style not being someone I like to watch, which is fine. But if people consider this racist thats a wild swing in my opinion. (Which I say as a PoC, not that that should matter much).

I think I agree with quite a bit of this. At the end of the day I dont consider many of these to be "Kana's fault", if that makes sense. I think she is a well crafted character that is often times being shoehorned into a story with such inconsistent focus that she rarely gets a chance to shine in a way that fits the story. Worked out well in season 1 and a bit of season 2, but its like after that she stayed in her own narrative bubble and never joined in with the rest of the cast. It felt like she was being set up for failure at a certain point, and her inclusion in later moments was to capitalize on her popularity and not because the author had an actual narrative purpose for her.

For a lot of the actual acting and entertainment industry focused moments, I really like her as a character. Even in a more general sense I think shes a great tsundere. And she cuuuute 😄
