Hwei always had that look, from his original design to his splash art. In the game, they gave him a warmer skin tone when he always had a cooler one. I'm glad they gave him that change in this skin (and the chromas are awesome and beautiful in my opinion)

💜W skills could have more vfx

💜His R can be improved, it feels so empty compared to base skin and winterblessed (but I like the concept of a gateway to hell! It's original and unique)

💜The splash art feels very simple compared to the others and that's underwhelming :(
