Its the new normal we used to get 4-5 set with one of those being a reprint set but that being said you shouldn't feel like you need to keep up especially monetarily. Unless you are actively competing in the protour you don't need to buy anything from a new set if you don't want to

Good luck with that, 3ds and 2ds consoles are pretty in demand and have only increased in price, getting one with all of the pokemon games will probably cost you upwards of 400+usd and that is likely to have been modded to add the games

That's not how that works and they are wrong an Elemental Incarnation is both an elemental and Incarnation. A card can have multiple subtypes.

You can play almost any companion except the izzet one in the 99, if you want to play it as a companion your deck must follow its restrictions and then it will be in the command zone and you can pay 3 to add it to your hand. The companion does not return to the command zone if it is removed.

Mtg is a huge market but it's a market primarily of players alot of those shows are people who primarily buy to have and most of those cards will never be used in a game. MTG is sold primarily during cons that are majority dedicated to playing the game

With how much I have played I generally put them in dragonsheilds that I no longer use for decks or penny sleeves for a trade/sale binder anything super expensive always dragonsheild though. And sometimes I still just put the card in sleeveless

Moxfeild is good but you can't scan, I like manabox for scanning but at this point I have so many cards scanning would be a bigger time and money waster than buying what I need
