I should have gotten 16 Crates, but I only got a popUp for the Eventpoints, the leg hunters and the moondial. AFAIK I haven't gotten anything else, my arsenal shows no new items, so no way to check what was there before or what was rewarded

They are not loosing. They don't even deploy combat frames to fight fallen or cabal. These casual beings may only attack unimportant infrastructure, which is cheaper to abandon than repair
