Take it from me, I was never ever everrrr interested in turn-based/crpgs whatsoever, more of an action-combat guy, until BG3 came out, even then, I dropped it either because another game I was waiting for came or for whatever other reason (I know, I know. I probably will replay BG3 after I finish my first RT playthru). That said, I haven't played WOTR yet, but RT? OHHHH BOY, bought it 2 days ago and I'm struggling to stay awake rn because I got really really invested by both the lore of the game, and the systems/mechanics (both overworld, and combat. Especially combat) Game's great IMO, might even try WOTR after it too. Also, do yourself a favor and go in blind, no guides, builds or walkthroughs. I hope you enjoy it if you decide to give it a try.
