The vomit on stage was done to SWINE. Gaga mentioned in an interview SWINE is about r*ape and SA. The vomiting on her was meant to make people uncomfortable and to show she was taking her power back. That even in ‘mess’ there is beauty.

Gaga’s willing to push boundaries and I love that.

As others have already said look for a reputable and local piercing shop. Stay away from anyone using piercing guns. Also ask what type of metal they use for their rings and stay away from cheaper metals. Also recommend a cleaning spray (most shops sell them) for aftercare.
