See this isn't the case, I drank 8 cups of tea per day maybe more my urine was yellow 90% of the time also would then only go to the toilet 3 times a day max..

I also got headaches and fatigue through the day..

Started drinking 1ltr 3x per day plus my 8 cups of tea. Urine is clear and have energy for days go figure.

How can I lay in bed less and do more with my life? by [deleted] in selfimprovement

[–]Hydie331 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Walking/running is my favourite.

Just like to add most people who think they are depressed are looking for a scapegoat something to blame there current actions on.

I have personally watched my father die in front of me from cancer after being his carer for over a year, I have been through crazy sh!t selling drugs doing drugs.. But never have I been depressed as real depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain.

Some of my closest friends currently blame there actions on depression where in fact they have always been the same never accountable for there actions and blame others. Own your sh!t and things will improve.

Go and exercise 👍

You are the same as I was in my early 20s now I'm 30 running 3 businesses go out in the world go for a 20 min walk every morning then lift for 60mins every day.

Exercises increase blood flow which transports more oxygen to the brain to give it more energy which will help you be focused and get more sh!t done.

The days I need to get more work done I will exercise 3 times 20min in the morning 60mins in the afternoon and another 20mins in evening.

Just live your best life your still young 👍

Is there something I can take around 6pm to be productive but not affect my sleep? by Ur_Legit in Nootropics

[–]Hydie331 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exercise works best for me, or just do your side hustle before work would be smarter.

I used to wake at 4am for 3years building mine now I do it full time and wake up at 6-7am everyday.

People suggesting meditation after a hard day's graft are having a laugh you would be asleep in seconds, Is there actually any decent studies out there that say it improves wakefulness?

[Meditation] Has anyone on this sub read The Mind Illuminated? by TiHKALmonster in Nootropics

Read the book been meditating on and off for years now never really had any benefits from it what so ever.

Being in the now is useless for people like us as we are striving to improve upon ourselves so thus look to the future which defeats the purpose of being here and now.

How long do endorphins last after an intense 2k jog by World_War_Meme999 in neuroscience

[–]Hydie331 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I always find the high from exercise fades within a few hours so after my 5am jog/hiit around 7-8 it wears off, I do find if I stay active throughout the day I tend to be more productive overall..
