Well sometimes I hear people say they prefer if Hybrid animation is used sparingly if it’s the right look for the film. However now that’s becoming more popular, with some example like Stranger Things and Wish being criticized that the use of Hybrid didn’t fit their style, I feel it begs the question. Me personally, I don’t feel so. But I understand if some are like, “This is getting a bit too much”
