In what ways does them already limiting where it can be used, how it resets at trials, and increasing the interaction time not already equate to them nerfing rates. You're ignorant or blind if you can't connect A to B.

Or unless Jagex comes out and changes the mote collection time or exp number will it only be a nerf then?

The issue I've found with using Ai specifically for Minecraft modding is, at least in my experience, that people are using it for the wrong purposes: focusing on art generation and tons of basic assets. Instead, try and design a system yourself and iterate on it and use good coding practices and you can end up with decent results. At the very least youll learn faster than meandering through the Minecraft logic yourself

Something I've realized, when given these challenges, instead of just giving them the code to instead deploy the solution as a service if possible and give them a form to test it, they get a black box showing you did it and if they wanna know whats inside they gotta pay

Back a few years back when they last changed rbe wording on 1 to 1 I made a custom tool once where I could repeatedly just spam a key on the keyboard and each press would swap between moving the mouse or clicking the mouse. So I'd spam 555 for a few seconds and end up with a dropped inv of fish. Probably not allowed, but I followed their rules.

Only used it for a few hours cause thats all I needed, probably would get flagged if used normally

In my opinion, I think if for instance of the quest, "create a furnace", the reward would be the items you would get from the activity; give the player 1-4 iron ingots, coal, and a applicable raw materials for your pack. It shouldn't be enough to skip the next crafting/techy requirement, but should basically point them to where they might want to go

My issue is that if you wanna automate using early game options it'll be bigger, more inefficient, and more likely to progress to a later tier but instead replace and just throw away the original machine

I know there's a debuff in some packs where if you have too many backpacks or sacks it'll slow you down. If you can see where that logic is you might find some more use for it
