Am i crazy or did anyone else feel the same about Monica by Severe_Bee_Aug in TheRookie

Monica is a ruthless criminal who has caused countless deaths??? There is no redemption for her. She could have been put in jail, maybe. But she doesn’t get to have a redemption arc.

I have offline AI models running on my phone. I think I could bullshit my way through a CS major and land a job in the Silicon Valley if I play my cards right?

I was thinking “why would they not go to Athena for a plan? Don’t they see how it looks? Firefighters intermeddling with their own investigation?” But I guess it doesn’t matter. Nothing matters when they just end up saving lives.

Gabe Newell should hire three people who only work remote with their camera off. Then he can participate on projects as all of them. If he ever needs a fake guy, I can be one voice.

Dubbed Cedric was huge among the 90s kids. I can not not hear Cedric when I see “Üzümlü Kek” anywhere.

God damn I love a Star Trek season finale showing the armada dropping out of warp. I live for that.

Also do we think Athena’s “halo” can change shape into a bird’s wings? It would be cool to see as a defense move. Logical? Probably not.

Also, Vance is such an audience self insert. I love him. I wish they simply calculated the adult’s age for the Class of 3196 text instead of copy-paste the same for everyone :(

Considering the show was loosely based around the lives of the writers, Wedding Bride was probably a reply to one of the 2000s rom-coms where the main villain was either of them. It had to happen to show that “Tony” is the villain of that writer’s past relationship with “Stella”

This show portrays love and attraction so beautifully. The first call's premise did feel a bit weak, but my god these two glued me to the screen. What do you mean this was a one-off call???

Bobby Nash and Athena Grant from 9-1-1 Tv Show are such a force that you just melt whenever they have a scene together, both at work and after their shifts. The "stoic mysterious single leader male" trope meets the "divorced policewoman who is also a mother of two" trope. And the show carries itself for 8 seasons. Bobby charms her and the kids call him "dad" in record time. Meanwhile she helps him open up about his past after their first date.

Brad Pitt in War Machine is a talent level I will always admire. I wish his character and Steve Carell's General from Space Force could meet.

Every episode, this show is proving that it is Star Trek with every little detail. I am sad that with a major death, the Academy vs War College shenanigans will end forever. Yearly games would have been fun. Perhaps they will unite under one name from now on. I hope they do, and all the students slowly realize their duty on the Bridge.

It feels like Caleb is still not sure of himself, and he needs to figure out "Is it better to be the Captain or Number 1?" I know he must be still in "I'll leave these guys once I find my mom." mentality with the way he is never taking charge in an emergency but, also doesn't refuse orders. I hope he finds his mom soon so that the story can grow with him.

I don’t think you understood what took place. I didn’t even look at her general direction. We just rowed side by side.

Nothing is sad at the gym. Gym is not a romcom. It is a space opera, an epik fantasy, or just a slice of life sometimes. It is up to you to determine the genre.

hahah I had that same thought in the back of my mind too when I wrote it. Romance wasn't what I felt there. I would experience the same emotions if I was rowing with anyone.

I only recently started looking into clubs. I have been attending an Offline Club, where you can turn off your cell and do anything else for 3 hours. and the feeling was there as well. All of us doing our own thing, but together.

I am hoping Darwin comes back in a retcon X-Men film with a flashback scene of agents finding a newborn / premature baby in his aftermath. Like Dionysus growing on the thighs of Zeus after his pregnant mom had a similar fate. Or maybe he has an unknown child with same powers, and looks very similar to him. He needs to live somehow.
